🛠️ Hack2Build Program Structure

A 4-week journey from idea to product.

Hack2Build is not your typical weekend sprint. It’s a staged, builder-focused program designed to help teams move from prototype to product while exploring encrypted token standards like eERC20. Each stage includes mentorship, workshops, and prizes, plus a shot at joining the Codebase Accelerator.


🏁 Kickoff Weekend 📅 August 15–17

The program starts with a packed weekend of technical and product workshops to help you form teams, shape your idea, and understand the power of eERC20.


🚀 Week 1: Round 1 – Build a Prototype 📅 August 18–23

Start building. Submit your initial prototype and define your project roadmap.

📦Deliverables: MVP on GitHub and Short growth/product roadmap with clear milestones.
🤝 Support: Join the Telegram chat
🗓 Submission Deadline: August 23
🏅 1st Stage Winners Announcement: August 25. Non-awarded teams can remain in the program and participate in workshops to keep building their projects and participate for future stage prizes.

Week 2-3: Round 2 – Product & Growth Development 📅 August 25 – September 07

Selected teams double down on building. You’ll receive 1:1 mentorship and work toward achieving your roadmap goals.

📦Deliverables: Progress on your product roadmap, GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, Pitch presentation deck
🤝 Support: 1:1 mentorship (technical, product, business), DevRel workshops & ongoing chat support
🗓 Submission Deadline: September 07
👨‍⚖️ Judging + Pitch Sessions: September 1st
🏅 Announcement: September 07
🏆 2nd Stage Prizes: $5,000


🚀 Week 4: Round 3 – Testnet and Codebase Fastrack Pitch 📅 September 08–14

Finalists push to testnet and prepare for a live pitch in front of Codebase Director.

📦Deliverables: Code progress tied to roadmap, Deployed product on testnet, Final pitch session
🤝Support: Advanced mentorship sessions, Marketing spotlight opportunities, Custom support based on team needs
🗓 Submission Deadline: September 17
👨‍⚖️ Final Pitch day and Judging: September 17
🏆 Top 3 Winners Announced: September 17

Submit Your Project

Follow the guidelines to submit your hackathon project successfully

Deadline

Submissions close on September 10, 2025, at 12:19 PM Europe/London.

Requirements

Your project must include a GitHub repo, slides for your pitch, and any additional content.

Evaluation Criteria

Projects will be judged on value proposition, technical complexity and usage of Avalanche technologies

Submission Process

Submit your project through the Avalanche Builder Hub, add your team members, and upload your GitHub repo, presentation slides along with any other file that support your submission.
