ProposerVM API
The ProposerVM API allows clients to fetch information about a chain's Snowman++ wrapper information.
Endpoint
/ext/bc/{blockchainID}/proposervmFormat
This API uses the JSON-RPC 2.0 RPC format.

Returns this node's current proposer VM height.
